Tier 2 General - Suggestions required for ILR

Dear All,

I need advise with my ILR application, below is the case

My T2 visa got stamped in Aug 2011 and I entered UK on the same visa within 90 days. Hence as per current rule I will be able to apply 28 days before date of stamping. However there is a catch, I only started working for my employer from Feb 2012. Now I am unsure whether I should apply for my ILR in July or wait till Oct/Feb.

Kindly help me if you have come across such a case,

Got My ILR application approved, list of documents I provided are as below

1. 12 Months Payslips
2. 12 Months Bank Statements
3. Current Employers letter confirming occupation and letter of absences
4. Previous Employers letter of absences if any
5. Rental agreement for past two years
6. Passport current and expired with copies
7. 2 Photographs
8. P60 past four years
9. Education degree Original
10. UK NARIC Assessment
11. Life in UK pass letter
12. CoS for all the Visa's till now ( All work permit & Tier 2 documents )

Is it mandatory to show 12 months payslips?
Does the p60 not enough to prove salary paid was meant at the required level?

No. I got mine approved with 3 payslips and 3 month bank statements. As per the guidance applicant need to submit only the latest payslip.
