Documents required for appointment

Hi All,

I have just booked an appointment for my wife for spouse visa, i need to to know that documents she need to bring with other then her passport.
I have submitted online application and also i am going to submit all the documents
Do i need to send her the printed copy of online application or i can just send to sheffield directly ?

She needs to take any passports (old and current) that she has. She needs a print out of the appointment confirmation, and a print out of the 11 page online form. This she should sign on page 2 and 10, and attach a passport size photo to page 1.
They'll keep her passports but give back the online form print out after scanning the barcodes. She should send you this after the appointment, you will need to send this to Sheffield in your bundle with the supporting documents.
