When does my 5 years count start?

Hi,

I was on the Post Study Work Visa till 09/09/2011. Before the end date of this visa, I submitted my application for the Tier 2 (General) visa which was granted on 26/09/2011 (This is the date shown on my Residence Biometeric Permit).

I just wonder when will I complete the 5 years residency.. On 09/09/2016 or 26/09/2016, please?

Your 5 years qualifying period starts on the date your Tier 2 G was issued.
