Dear CR001, thank you very much for reply. I checked the advised pages, I am fulfilling their requirements but there is no guidance for my question raised in previous post.

Let me explain little bit about my immigration history.

Never been overstayed, no criminal record, no traffic points, never refused visa during my last 9 years and 10 months and 26 days. Never been out from the UK more than 6 weeks in one go, total 150 days out. My university expelled me due to non payment of tuition fee. I read about immediate curtailment policy published on 25 April 2016. In summery, where is says if you breached Tier 4 condition then your visa may be curtailed immediately to leave the country. Before curtailment letter issued, for safe side I applied FLR (FP). Yesterday I called to UKVI and they confirmed that till now no curtailment has been issued, and no letter for biometric for FLR(FP) has been issued yet.

I am fulfilling SET(LR) conditions on 10 Aug 2016. Along with my FLR (FP) I sent passport and BRP where my visa is valid until mid 2017.

This is the reason for writing the letter. As per Gurus experience I would request to all that please comment on my case/letter.

You should have waited for the curtailment letter, which can take a couple of months, rather than apply on FLR(FP).

You need to follow the guidance in the link I have provided. I don't have experience of varying an application.

Just an ordinary member but you should send the letter immediately rather than waiting for a guru to reply.
