What information does the irish embassy look into while assessing a work visa application ??

they want the letter of offer from the irsih company showing the job title and start date, possibly contract as well. they want your degree (which should be specific to the job you are being offered as well as being on the list of approved occupations) that is if you are a an engineer, engineering should be on the list of occupations, you need to have an offer as an engineer and you should hold an engineering degree.
