National Insurance question while applying for Tier 2

Hey guys, I am switching from Tier 4 General Student to Tier 2 General visa.

I have indicated in the application that I have no national insurance number, however right now my national insurance allocation is being processed as I applied for NI before applying for visa. Should I cancel my NI application? I am not sure how Home Office will react if my I will obtain national insurance number by the time they assess my visa application. (false information and that)

Even if the application has already been submitted with no national insurance provided (just handed in biometrics) ? I am asking because I have heard stories of HO trying to find every reason to reject the application.

You can't fill in a NI number if you don't have one and are still waiting for one. You are overthinking it.

Hi, I am having the same issue as you. I am waiting for my NI number but already submitted my Tier 2 visa application without it. How was your visa application goes? Did it get approved?
