I non eea national and my partner eea national just got our pr and it was approved on 03/08/2016 , but the evidence we sent for our pr was a 5 year period of exercising treaty rights which from January 2011 till march 2016 . And our RC was dated 27 March 2011 and expired March 2016 , so what is the earliest date to apply for naturalization?

Apply via NCS who have hotline to HO and can check the date for acquisition of PR that HO have on file for you in their CID databank.

God bless man . Another thing they are asking when I came to live in the uk I can remember the month and year but can't remember the day as I came through Dover without proper documentation.

If authorities picked you up it may well be
on file anyway. So they can crosscheck.

Was granted RC in 2011 and PR 2016 .so are you saying I should have to wait till I complete 10 years of my legal stay which is 2021 ? Four years from now ? I don't mind waiting as the most important thing is the PR which God has given me .

When did you first come to notice of authorities and achieve any sort of immigration status (in UK)?

I was illegal between 2003 and 2011. Was granted RC in 2011 March and PR August 2016

So my understanding is wait until at least 2021 before attempting to naturalise.
And suggest be careful about coming to the attention of the authorities as good character requirements (and 'test') are wide-ranging.

Thanks bro , I am a very level headed responsible man and I have never had a single fine apart the fact I was illegal previously but advise noted .
I must remain in good standing as this is how I was brought up apart from the fact that I need it for my British passport
