Hi there

Is there any news regarding the HSMP Forum Judicial Review? When will it be held? Or will the HO stall it as they did with the 4-5 year JR? For some of us time is running out.

The JR of HSMP Forum Ltd has got permission for a full hearing as the judge as accepted that case has a prima facie merit. The hearing would come up by the next month. However at the moment there is severe funds crunch as a result of which the process cannot be sped up. The HO has unlimited pockets and would try to hold on as long as possible.

Hi,

There is a strong possibility JR wont happen due to fund shortage. Affected people should come forward and support.
