Do we need to create 2 new jobs again after getting the extension for ILR or just show the same 2 jobs created during the first 3 years

At ILR applicant still need job creation Section I last two year after extension, it is written at the guidance.
One can maintain or create two full time post for one year

Yes.
You either maintain the two jobs you initially created for extra 12 months AFTER your extension, OR
You create two NEW full time jobs for 12 months AFTER your extension
