urgent help need. i have interview on 17/08/2016 for tier 1 ent psw route 50k. i applied second time after i loose my ftt appeal hearing. now my solicitor told me that i cant work for my business as my all 3c leave was exhausted. so i have been asked any question regarding any recent activity, i need to answer i can't work by law. can somebody please guide me, is this correct that i can't work even for my business?

please please help me..this is my last chance to stay in uk at least for my daughter who suffered a lot in her 2 year age.

Your solicitor is correct. You are technically an over stayer as your section 3C ended when you exhausted your appeal options previously. You are not allowed to work until you hear from HO about your new application
