Good morning,

My questions are this:

I am filling in the for AN for my husband who is is UK from 2001 and in 2006 he got in his passport his Permanent residence without an expiry date.
In all this year he lived with one friend and he never had a bill or a contract house under his name - can he apply ? he's having all the bank statements with the address where he lived.
Also, all this years he worked as a self employed earning above 30 K per year , he needs from HMRC form SA302 to prove that he had an income in UK or a print of the Self assessment per year? IT was me who did his self assessment online.
the English language exam and life in UK it was passed.
I have a permanent residence as well in my passport ( not a card) since 2008 and I never worked in UK because of my fragile health. I was in the same situation living with my husband into a share room with his friend.
Can I apply for British Naturalisation? Not having a bill or worked in UK ? I have been registered with the GP.

Economic activity is not a requirement for naturalisation.
But applicants do need to prove residency in UK for the appropriate period of time.

Check AN guidance for requirements and supporting documents.

As you appear to have enjoyed freedom from immigration time restrictions (settled status/PR) for over 12 months you may apply as soon as you have met all requirements.
Same applies for hubby.

Can I apply showing only bank statements for my husband?

Also, for myself I can apply not working even a day in UK, but how can I prove my residency ? if I do not have any house contracts or income coming in my account?

Have you checked the AN guidance on what is required?

It is up to the applicant to prove their identity, relationship (if applicable) also status and residency.
You need good supporting evidence, you will not be 'waved through' nor given much (if any) benefit of doubt.

If you have been here since 2008 or so there has been time to organise your life to generate a papertrail, to cultivate referees & etc.

You will be crosschecked and verified against a number of HO databanks no doubt whirring away in the bowels of HO HQ as well as crosschecked with other departments and agencies.
Your documents will also be scrutinised for credibility.
As I don't work for HO that's all I know.

With your fragile health you may well have a trail of NHS letters etc that can be used to prove residence too. If you haven't kept them, maybe a GP or specialist could write you a letter attesting you regularly saw them over the last 5 years, and they would probably make a good referee too.

Letters are a start, including things like smear test reminders (or results which I guess you would be more likely to keep!) although if you can get a regular consultant or GP to act as a referee and also write you a letter confirming they've seen you regularly during this period.

Do you get any disability support or similar things from a state agency that you have kept letters from?

Are you on the electoral roll as an EU citizen, maybe you have some correspondence about that?

I believe that bank statements with transactions in the UK (showing things like purchases at Tescos and withdrawal at local ATMs, for instance) are also accepted as proof of your presence in the UK.

Those bank statements showing cash withdraws are enough to prove his presence in UK? along with form SA302 from HMRC?
