Your wife needs FLR (M). This will set her ILR clock to 5 years. You (and/or her) need to meet the financial requirement.

If she is currently on PBS Dependent visa, she has no option but to apply to switch to a spouse settlement visa on FLR(M) which will be a new 5 year (2 x 2.5 year visas) route to ILR on Set(M), unless she reaches 10 years long residence first. She will also have to meet ALL the requirements and pay the £500 immigration health surcharge on top of the visa application fee.

She does not qualify for ILR now.

No, because the rules changed in April 2014 for PBS dependents of 10 year ILR applicants. There is no option but to apply for FLR(M).

Do you mean 'maintenance bank balance'?
