If she is currently on PBS Dependent visa, she has no option but to apply to switch to a spouse settlement visa on FLR(M) which will be a new 5 year (2 x 2.5 year visas) route to ILR on Set(M), unless she reaches 10 years long residence first. She will also have to meet ALL the requirements and pay the £500 immigration health surcharge on top of the visa application fee.Rushdha1 wrote:My question is my wife came to uk in 2011.from then she is living here as a dependent .now she wants to apply for extention.witch form she has to use it.kindly advise me pls .many thanks.

No, because the rules changed in April 2014 for PBS dependents of 10 year ILR applicants. There is no option but to apply for FLR(M).secret.simon wrote:Could OP's wife apply for ILR based on 287(a)(i)(a) as she entered before 2012?
