Risk of finding a job for an indian in spouse visa

Can any one give information about the chance or risk of finding a job as Autocad Techhnician in ireland, if the candidate is there in ireland in spouse visa. The Spouse & candidate are Indians....
There from many job site,i found a big demand for Autocad Technicians & he meets all the requirements.Right now he is working in Dubai,United Arabs Emirates....
But i just want to know the Practical chance of getting a Job for an Indian in spouse visa,so that he can come here and try for the job.
I mean any ethnic issues to find the job he deserves.

Not a good chance I'm afraid, as most people here as a work permit holder spouse find very few companies willing to sponsor them for a work permit.

I think one need 'Spouse Work Permit' to work if he/she is on spouse visa
