Online application form and Appendix 2 sending to shefield

Hi,

As an sponsor of spouse visa I am going to send all the supporting documents along with printout of online application form(my wife has signed the online application form) and Appendix 2 form to Sheffield. My understanding was that i can send all the documents.
Someone has just told me that Online application form and Appendix 2 form should be sent by applicant. Is this correct ? i am bit confused. my wife has already attended her appointment to enroll for BRP and submitted her passport.

what documents your partner took with her when enrolment biometrics for BRP. is appendix 2 necessary to bring?

Your spouse (applicant) sends you the signed copy of the online form, and you then submit both forms along with all your supporting documents as one parcel to Sheffield - within 2 weeks of the biometric appointment.
