Both our applications were received on the same day, so hopefully not long to wait! I am expecting an extra month though as most people seem to be waiting now 120 days (or 4 months when this time last year was 1.5!!!)kevmold wrote:A lurker here.

dandodex and kevmold, did you have simple applications of with 5 years of straight work or was there anything special like self-sufficiency?
You should write to them.Lr2016 wrote:Hello everyone.
This forum has been very helpful.
I sent all my documents on 17/02/2016 and I have not received the DCPR yet (non EEA). Has anyone received their PR and submitted the application in Feb?
Many thanks,
Last year it used to be 1.5 and 3 months respectively. Now more like 3/4 months and 6/7 months.gtht wrote:I'm looking for patterns here. Would everyone say that EEA nationals received a response within 130 days while non-EEA nationals who required a COA took longer?

If wife/sponsor has no job at the moment then you/she have a gap and your joint PR clock is stopped.asusblack1 wrote:I am Pakistani national. She is french national.
Hope this simplifies. .
So I should find her job quickly? In order to avoid any refusal in2020.
I am working 40 hours.
Any other tips for me...
Thanks
what the moderator has said was correct, as the other person hasn't stated anything he's just said that his partner is unemployed, no other information was given! Also being a sponsor and not working for certain time, that will became a gap that can affect the family member when applying for his/her PR off course if there will be any evidence that time is something else!venomby wrote:Many people wasting time over trivia. Asking about pre paid envelopes, etc. You should read the instructions. One member said clock stops when you are unemployed. NO SUCH THING. If you are on JSA you are still considered economically active. Now max time for a EU citizen is 3 months on jsa so things have changed but previous stay on jsa is still being economically active. If not sure please do not guess and give advice!
