@aprboom

I didnt address them in a covering letter

On the application form it asks for any previous refusals i just put the GWF reference number and "financial requirements not met" that was it

I simply made sure everything i was refused on previously was corrected this time

Hi stillwaiting123,

Thank you for your guidance, I will put the GWF number along with 'financial requirement not met' statement.

Kind regards

HI
I WANT TO ASK A QUESTION
my friend visa refused in july 2015
he has done a paper appeal
he recieved documents advising him if there is any paperwork he would like to send befor the date
they asked for
he has sent all the paperwork, before the date that was on the appeal form
how long is it before a decision is made on a paper appeal
as it said in his letter that as it is a paper appeal no date can be given for a hearing
they will inform him of the judges decsion in due course
also he married in january 2015 and has not returned to pakistan since
due to unforseen cirmustances not in his control
but they speak on facetime tango viber watsapp
any advise will be much appreciated
thankyou

21 Oct 2015- sent docs and subbmitied case in sheffielf

20 Jan 2016- Refused ( reason geniune subsitting relationship)

Mar 2016- hearing notice

21 Jun 2016- review deadline

its almost 2 months i have not heard from either tribunal or ukvi. i have emailed and called but i get the same automated message. " please be patient bla bla bla" can someone tell me is this normal for a spouse visa appeal from PAKISTAN only. so far i realised other countries seem to be alot quicker.

Hi stillwaiting123

My previous refusal was on financial grounds which Alhumdulillah I have now rectified. On previous refusal letter HO had put 'MET' in English requirement and relationship columns however, they left the accommodation column blank.

Do you think Accommodation could become a problem. I am currently living in shared flat however, I will be moving out to my friend's place who owns a 3 bed property. I will only be renting one bed room for first few months until missus settles down.

I will get a tenancy agreement along with letter from landlord and get Property Inspection Report done.

Is that ok?

Thank you

I hope they dont refund ur IHS that means they refused ur visa but. As far as I know if u have been unsuccessful they refund IHS fee the day before your collection email is entirely out.

I would just like to know that did you not make any changes to your financial requirement between first and second app OR you just did not address it on the cover letter.

Thank you

I'm applying for wife's visa for third time through a solicitor. It was refused on financial requirements not met and discrepancies in first refusal wasn't address. My question is that I would like to make priority application but my solicitor suggesting me to go for normal as it will give them enough time for checks and investigation to met. Could anyone please guide me if it makes any difference as I don't want to wait another three months for decision. Is priority a better option or not?

Thank you
Actually I applied through a solicitor and that firm didn't address the issue in their cover letter and I think this could be the use of refusal. With reference to my financial requirements I updated documents with my current income and tax return which was submitted in the same month as I made that application.
