It for my friend who is on work permit he is living with his girlfriend in uk for last two years .His girlfriend is on student visa can she apply for his dependent as unmarried partner.They also have all the proof of living together can someone please please help??????

Unfortunately, she may be refused leave to remain under paragraph 295L, with reference to 295J (ix) of the Immigration Rules. She may have to return home to apply for Entry Clearance. See also 13.14 - Unmarried (i.e. opposite sex) and same-sex partners and how they qualify and form FLR(M) for suggestions of documents that may be provided.

Thank you for your reply...but this mean that she can apply for his dependant but has to go back home to get entry clearance.what are the other resons that she can be refused her entry clearance from back home.

Yes, I believe that she may go back home and apply for Entry Clearance. However, she may be refused if she doesn't qualify or on other grounds for refusal.
