Filling the ACS application form

Just a quick question,

How should I fill out the 'SUMMARY OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND POSITIONS HELD' section of ACS application form.

Is anyone having the a sample application as the 'Details (responsibilities etc.)' is not too wide enough to put all the details.

I just need your quick advice on this.
