4. The qualification obtained
5. Date of the award.

Nowhere does it say that you should be from an English speaking country. You do go through the HSMP guidance properly, word by word. It's stated everything clearly.

I think my degree almost be recognise by NARIC, right?
Another question is, if my university can't provide a letter to proven
my bachelor degree taught in English, but my university's website
state that our university's course is taught in English,
can I exempt IELTS?
