Spouse visa under Category F

Hi all,
I want to clarify my doubts. I read the Appendix FM for spouse visa under category F(private limited company). My clarification is if a private limited company have more than one shareholder or more than one director or any resigned sharedholder[assuming total is less than 5], do we need to submit document for other shareholders or director or resigned shareholders to UKBA while applying for visa under category F. I cannot find this information in the appendix FM. Any advice will be really great help for me.
