Tier 1 General Dependants

Post by paboluuk » Mon Aug 29, 2016 12:00 am

Hi all,

I've T1 G Visa valid until 2018 and same status for my dependants. I've nearly completed 5 years and my dependants will be eligible in 2018 for ILR. I've a question regarding dependants ? Should I need to apply together in 2018 or Can I submit my application first and wait for time for their ILR ? Please advice.

Thanks

If they have sufficient time on their leave to wait, then they may apply after you have been granted ILR.
