Tier2ICT-ILR entry date query

Respected members,

I entered first UK in Work permit on July 2008 and converted to Tier 2 Skilled worker category in 2009 and then Tier 2 ICT in Jan 2010 and extended the Visa from UK till now valid until February 2018 under Tier 2 Long term Category.

I relocated to India for a year from August 2010 – August 2011. As I had Visa validity until January 2012, I travelled with the existing visa on August 2011. Since Aug 2011 I am continuously staying 5 years in UK and based on that I am going to apply for ILR.

July 2008 - June 2009 Work permit ( Visa stamped in India)
June 2009 - January 2010 Tier 2 Skilled Worker (extended in UK)
January 2010 - January 2012 Tier 2 ICT ( extended in UK)
January 2012 - January 2014 Tier 2 ICT Long Term (extended in UK)
January 2014 - January 2016 Tier 2 ICT Long term ( Extended in Uk)
January 2016 - Feb 2018 Tier 2 ICT Long term ( Extended in UK)

What should I fill for the following question ?

Q1) Section 6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

As per the FAQ, it is mentioned that the date should be issue date of Visa held exactly 5 years ago. If we go by that, it should be March 2010 (as per BRP)

Since I entered on August 2011 to UK, should I enter this date ?
I afraid if I state this date, CW may think the visa was issued after 6 April 2010.

Q2) I am writing a cover letter for my application.
As per my immigration history in which category I will be eligible to claim ILR.
I.e. Work permit converted to Tier 2 ICT or Tier 2 ICT issued before 6 April 2010.

Can you please advise me with the above queries ?
