Got Partial Refund of IHS

Hi,

I have got a partial refund back from IHS yesterday. Does it means my visa approved ?

below are the details of applying.

1. applied on 11th July
2. Biometric given 6th August
3. Got IHS refund 2nd September.

Its 50:50. Nothing is certain until you actually get confirmed successful (hopefully), as we've seen some people getting refund and still the visa not approved.

I understand that you have received the IHS Partial Refund on 02.09.2016 , have you been called for an interview or any decision has been made ?
