ILR after 6 years of DL or after 10 years ! Please help...

I was over stayed on my visa (for some reasons beyond my control) and made article 8 application and I was granted 3 YR DLR in 2011 and further 3 YR extension in 2014 which is expiring in 2017.

Can I apply for ILR in 2017 after 6 years of 1st grant of DL - OR - after 10 years from 1st grant of DL considering over-stayed visa before DL?

Please help.

so regardless of breaching immigration rules before DL grant? ILR after 6 years on DL?

Yes, it should be fine. The immigration breach will have an effect and delay your qualification for citizenship though.

so immigration breach won't delay ILR but neutralisation after ILR.
