Passport validity requirement for ILR

Hello

I am looking to apply for ILR for my dependents.
But my wife & son's passport expire on 6th Dec, 2016.

Question : Is there any minimum validity requirement for passport?

No there is no such requirement. It must be valid at the time of application.
