Baby will be blessed as born British (one parent is BC and child to be born in UK); apply directly for passport for baby.
Suggest keep it simple and sort out one at a time.softy monster wrote:Dear noajthan,
Hope you are well, i have another thing to ask you please..
As I (non eea national) and my wife (dual national British/EEA national) are expecting a baby in October, and at the same time it will be the time for me to apply for my PR, (2 in 1) i'm a bit confused how to spread and use my wife's IDs, DCPR, Passports(EEA/British) for the two applications (my PR and the passport for baby), it's just i don't want to send all of my wife's ID's and passports to support my PR application and stay without nothing to use the baby's passport application if you know what i mean especially with my case "McCarthy transitional arrangement"
So these are my plans and please advise me on which one i have to go for or any other advise that i have missed or I couldn't think of:

Thanks for your quick reply btw, and so you think it's better to do one at the time!the only reason i had these plans in my mind, it's just because i wanted to save time, but i've just remembered that any parents IDs could be sent back just few days after when applying for the child passport(as the whole process takes up to 3 weeks and IDs aren't needed to be with them all this time). So that time once they send them back, they could be used to support my PR application i guess!Suggest keep it simple and sort out one at a time.So these are my plans and please advise me on which one i have to go for or any other advise that i have missed or I couldn't think of:

NON EU (My partner has RC in 2008 and 2013). I had employment break in 2009 that is why he couldn't get PR in 2013. He has his RC valid till 2018.
I have a question, I submitted employment proof from 2010 till 2016. I was working part time 2010 till 2012. With annual income about 4K. But since 2012 until now full time. My partner non EU was in full time employment since 2006.
That part time employment can affect and delay in decision? We are really confused, and worried. Its about 160 days....

DCPR & PR ???????
Over 6 months and I am so very anxious.
The call centres are limited in their access to information. They'd only inform me that it is still pending and awaiting decision. I really do not see how that would be of help. Albeit I could call tomorrow. Do you have their contact number?[/quote]exceptionally wrote:did you try to call the HO mate!! I think you ought to!!
