EC for Wife and child

Please check Is the following documents are sufficient for EC, for my wife and child (Applying from India, mumbai)
At present I m in Uk and working
1. Duly filled VAF2 -- 2 separate forms
2. Marriage certificate
3. My HSMP approval letter
4. Accommodation Proof (attaching printout - not original)
3. My Offer letter
4. My 1 month salary statement (attaching printout - not original)
5. xerox copy of all pages of my passport .
6. fee
7. marriage photo
8. Birth certificate
9. My 2 month Bank statement (attaching printout - not original)

Please check this list and let me know anything more required or Do I need to send origional copy .
