VAF4A Questions different on form to Electronic Application

We have noticed after checking our practice VAF4A form print out that the questions are different to the actual online application form...

On Screen VAF4A
Has Applicant AND Sponsor/Spouse details
Part 4 Applicants Family
Part 5. Applicants under 18
Part 6 Previous Applications

Electronic Application Form
Has Sponsors full details
Part 4 Applicant Employment
Part 5 Medical
Part 6 Sponsors details

We have an appointment on Friday and want to make sure everything is OK.

I am not sure what you are asking. Where are you applying from? You fill out the online application form and when you have completed and paid for it etc, you print it out and submit. Yes, it is slightly different from the paper VAF4A.

Reading back, my posting is unclear but you have managed to answer my question. We were worried about the differences in forms. The electronic form has been completed (Turkey) and can rest easy now that we know we dont have to worry we have completed a wrong form.
