Acknowledgement for mail sent to British high commission?

I have recently applied for a visa for my daughter which is under processing.

I have been recently been contacted by the british high commission asking for some additional documentation to be sent to the address :

NewDelhi.VisaEvidentialFlexibilityReply@fco.gov.uk?

I have sent the required information to the above address but have not received any acknowledgement for the same.

Usually such address send an automated response on receipt of the mail.

I wanted to check with members of this forum who may have sent a mail to this address as to whether they received an acknowledgement to the mail at any point (automate or otherwise)
