IELTS Details - VAF9 Appendix5 (Tier2 General)

Hi Guys,

I am filling out online form for Tier2 General Visa application. Had doubts about the IELTS details.

Below are the questions that need to be filled out. Could someone please let me know what should the correct answers?

1) Awarding Body

On my IELTS Test report form, I could see symbols of British Council, IDP and CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT. I cant see any field named "Awarding Body"

What should I write??

Is it "University of Cambridge"??

Please suggest

2) Title of Qualification

I took "GENERAL TRAINING" test. What should i write?? At some places I have seen that it should be "GENERAL TRAINING" while other places suggest it should be "INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTING SYSTEM ( IELTS )"

Please suggest?

3) Level of qualification

I scored 7.5. So i think it should be 7.5

4) Date of Award

I think this should be under Administrator's Signature box. Basically date on which IELTS report was generated. Is that correct?

5) Award Reference Number

I think this should be Test Report Form Number. Is that correct??

Please check whether u need IELTS or IELTS with UKVI first.

Level should be minimum CEFR B1 for Tier 2. Which would be given in your TRF.

IELTS should be UKVI. I have already given UKVI IELTS.

I have test report with me. I am just not sure about the details that I need to write in the VAF9 Appendix5.

I am not sure about the following...

1) Awarding Body
2) Title of Qualification
3) Level of qualification
4) Date of Award
5) Award Reference Number

nobody seems to know, this thread is old, but:

1) Awarding Body: Cambridge English Language Assessment
2) Title of Qualification: IELTS
3) Level of qualification: your CEFR level
4) Date of Award: that appears as "date" in your certificate
5) Award Reference Number: not sure about this, I thought that could be the UKVI number, but really don't have a clue yet.
