WE DO NOT KNOW!!! You will have to wait for UKVI to process the application. Please don't keep posting and asking the same question, we simply don't know so cannot give you an answer.

No.

Hello guys I email to ukvi and I got respons today with this answer ...what this mean ?

Thank you for contacting the UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry
Service.

We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your
visa application. I have tracked the status and found it is yet to be
assessed by an Entry Clearance Officer (ECO). Your visa application centre
or the entry clearance officer (ECO) will contact you once a decision has
been made or, if necessary, during the consideration of your application.

Please note: The visa application will be processed and decided by the
British High Commission. Neither our department, nor any of our staff, play
any part or influence the outcome of the visa application.

Though we try our best to complete the visa application process in 15
working days, each application is subject to an individual assessment and
processing times may vary, hence applicants are requested to be patient and
wait for the processing to be completed. You can check how long you'll have
to wait for a decision on your visa application in your country (if you
applied from outside the UK) by entering your details at the following
link: https://www.gov.uk/visa-processing-times. Please note that the actual
processing times may vary depending on a range of factors.

We have service level standards for processing UK visa applications. We
will process 90% of non-settlement applications within 3 weeks, 98% within
6 weeks and 100% within 12 weeks of the application (biometric taken) date;
and 95% of settlement applications within 12 weeks of the biometric taken
date and 100% within 24 weeks of the application (biometric taken) date.
Please note that we define 1 week as 5 working days.

For any further details, or should you need to contact us again please
refer to our website at https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/ (select
appropriate country, click next and then select ‘E-Mail form’ and
complete as instructed.) We will aim to come back to you within 1 day.

Kind regards,
Sonali

Settlement visa

Post by Amritsar singh » Mon Sep 12, 2016 12:21 pm

Hello guys first I called ukvi before two weeks ago call center lady said your applications waiting to assment from ECO. .again I email this week and got this reply today ...please tell me what this mean? I gave right information. ......
Dear xx,

Thank you for contacting the UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry
Service.

We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your
visa application. I have tracked the status (GWFxxx and date of birth
xx/xx/2014) and found that there are no current updates. This could be
because your application was submitted recently or the details that you
have provided above are incorrect.

If it is the former you may contact us at a later stage once our records
have been updated. We will be happy to give you the current status of your
application. If the information provided is incorrect then please provide
the 9-digit GWF number and the date of birth of the applicant.

Alternatively, once the process has been completed and a decision has been
made the visa application centre will be in contact as per process.

Though we try our best to complete the visa application process in 15
working days, each application is subject to an individual assessment and
processing times may vary, hence applicants are requested to be patient and
wait for the processing to be completed. You can check how long you'll have
to wait for a decision on your visa application in your country (if you
applied from outside the UK) by entering your details at the following link:

bout-our-services

Please note that the actual processing times may vary depending on a range
of factors. We have service level standards for processing UK visa
applications. We will process 90% of non-settlement applications within 3
weeks, 98% within 6 weeks and 100% within 12 weeks of the application
(biometric taken) date; and 95% of settlement applications within 12 weeks
of the biometric taken date and 100% within 24 weeks of the application
(biometric taken) date. Please note that we define 1 week as 5 working days.

We strongly recommend not to book prepaid travel and accommodation before
receiving the visa.

For any further details, or should you need to contact us again please
refer to our website at https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/, select
appropriate country, click next and then select 'E-Mail form' and complete
as instructed. We will aim to come back to you within 1 day.

Kind regards,
Garry

Ask them to clarify the purpose of their request. Anything in the father's affidavit, apart from confirming "I have no say in any matters concerning my son", may undermine your claim to having sole responsibity.

Thanks for your reply ...they asked need to verified biological father signature on affidavit..but they did not accepted this affidavit on previous application .they demand legal document that's why my wife got guardian sship .this time we applied application with guardianship now they asked to verify affidavit signature from biological father .don't know why they doing this .So now my step son father agree to give his both Indian government id to my wife so she can send to high commission delhi .but both I'd have photo and address and date off birth but no sign .So my wife and my step son biological father going to court make one more affidavit for signature verify with his picture so don't what we do more .

This is not an appeal but a new application.

It is strange that you have been asked to pay NHS surcharge, when it is not your appeal that has been allowed, but rather an application that you have made, for which you would have paid the NHS surcharge anyway, for the application to be valid.
