Naturalisation

Post by MarioSA » Tue Jan 22, 2008 3:03 pm

Hi Folks,

When applying for citizenship after ILR, does one have to give the full five year’s worth of periods absent from the UK (again) or just the last year?

Thanks
M

Thanks very much. Another question: I am now working with a Company based in London, but they process the payslips from their office in Scotland. All HR queries are directed to scotland too. On the AN form, which office address & tax office should I put in? The one in London or the one in scotland?

Have you got any correspondence with inland revenue (hmrc) like paye coding notice etc? I would put that tax office address in the application. As for the reference, I wrote my UTR (tax reference) when I applied.

Hope it helps.
