Nightmare Interviews

Post by Mrchaany » Mon Sep 12, 2016 7:30 pm

Hi users,

My interviews was today, the interviewers have raised questions about our business turnover and asked me to why you have not sent all Bank Statements, Contracts and invoices.
I explained that it is not required and we send all documents under Appendix A. But he asked to send all those document of last two years within 14 days,
Note
Our second year turnover was 39000 with no profit
Third Year turnover was 31000 profit was 6850.

The entire interview was same as everyone have, but now they gave me nightmare to arrange all those documents, i think their is red flag at my application and he confused me about verbally explain every contracts and invoice we had in the past.

my interview was kind of interrogation but the interviewer was very polite and friendly, he was from UKVi and also he also he asked questions about his seniors because he was away for two minute during interviews.

good luck for those who are waiting
i am very tense to provide all those thing within 14 days,

Regards
IK

This is why i say to submit whole year or two bank statment and other documents in addition to the required ones to show more evidence..the more evidence the more strong the case.

doesnt matter the rules are not made by the case worker
and you have to satisfy the caseworker remember so put as much as you can but relevant evidence which shows business is genuine.
try to add any emails or contacts proofs between you and your clients.

Now you are making stuff up as you go. A case worker works within the rules and no, there is no requirement to provide additional documents and there is no evidence that sending irrelevant documents like emails or contacts will make your case stronger.

The evidence required in the rules has been written in such a way that in most cases should enable the case worker to make a decision.
This is literally the first time someone is asked to submit such extensive extra evidence and that might be because of the obvious red flags and circumstances of that particular applicant and does not generally apply to any other applicant. Being asked to submit more documents happens quite rarely and it is not the end of the world if it happens.
