Yes. I paid fine immediately. It happened because of my ignorance of law. I thought only driving without insurance was an offence. I didn't know that even parking a vehicle on road without insurance was also an offence. It is based on Irish Associations (3 years Residence). My son is Irish. I have been working full time ever since I came to Ireland.
