New Employer Sponsorship License application refused.

Hi Everyone,

My Employer submitted application for sponsorship license on 20th June and today we got response from UKBA. they have refused application and asked for more documents. they included info about which documents they require to support the application. My HR Manager already have re-submitted the application today and sent relevant documents as well. (they letter from UKBA stated 6th July Date)

the propose of this Post is to indicate that Time delays in Application Processing is seems to be reduced(at least in my case ). My Visa expiry date is 19th Sept and I am hoping we will get response before that date.
