What about WP?

If someone applied from a reputed company for WP (EC) then there applicaiton will also be delayed?

My PM bollocking that the company has a special program with the high commision and can process the visa in 3 weeks time (including the EC)

i guess wp's move faster than hsmp cos they dont have to look at our funds accomodation job offer etc - integra do verify the company though. should be a cinch if youre coy regularly files wp's

Nice idea but 10 pounds is too much for them..Its enough if you tie up 10 rupees and ask that pigeon to poo on their desk, for their delay..lol..In my office it just takes 3 days to get work permit..But i dint want it..Wanna search a new opportunity out there

my earlier prediction of all week 2 and week 3 getting result by friday ...really praying for this

also , only then i can hope for early next week to get result for week 4 ( dec 27th , dec 28th)

Hi,

I am applying for dependant visa along with my husband.
I have the following queries with regards to the EC application:

1. For showing my salary, do i need to give all details of my company like offer letter etc ? I am showing 6 months payslips and bank statement.

2. My husband has not got any offer in UK yet and he is showing job search matches. Should I include the same ? As in the Dependents section, they ask for detail of where the sponsor is working. What should I include here ?

3. Does a dependent need to show documents for :
a. english language requirement
b. degree certificates or marksheets
c. Age proof

Please let me know.

I have applied for EC on 4 Jan @ Hyd VFS.
I have got a couple of doubts senior members pls clarify me...

1. How do I know if at all INTEGRA has happened, I can not ask my HR as I work with a Fortune 50 company where in, this option is ruled out.
2. I have shown liuqid funds upto 4.5 lacs (partly shares and rest cash), now that I am in a situation where in I have to use say nearly 1.5 lacs of cash. Will doing so affect my EC decision??????

i have sent an email to bhc just 5 mins back that it is more than 15 working days and whats the current status

do we get reply on same day - they only reply till 10.30 am right ?

praying real hard , may god bless us all

dev's post on the other thread is correct - mumbai bhc has given results for even second week of jan already while our bhc has one month backlog

I called BHC and the lady said she will take the fax to the case worker "but again its upto the case worker to decide" she quoted.

Today is 23rd day I suppose. Did they change the timeline to 25 ???

SINCE WHEN I HAVE APPLIED I HAD MAILED MUMBAI BHC ABOUT 5 TIMES ABOUT THE STATUS.....BUT NOT A SINGLE REPLY FROM THEIR SIDE.....

DOES ANY OTHER HAS GOT REPLY FROM MUMBAI BHC.....

NO UPDATES TILL TODAY..

My friend applied on 17th of Dec and received his ppt as well. He applied in Chennai VFS.

What is happening ?

He got a very good profile though but it not a factor at all isnt it?

I applied on 14th of Dec and still waiting... Nightmares about the gaps in the docs and statements... Please god.....

Guys,
I have lost my hope on EC! And today am cancelling my accomodation reservation..Its hard to do that, you know,when you have planned everything ahead that too gave enough time for everything but still when destiny plays against us!!! Hope everything settles down for me soon!

i sent a mail to mumbai bhc yesterday, no reply yet. [ got the out of office reply]

ak_g applied on 2 jan and got EC,anugandla applied on 9-jan and got EC, you applied on 20 dec and still waiting.

I am confused.
