SPOUSE VISA, WHICH TIER?

Post by bloodmcrmy64 » Sun Sep 18, 2016 1:55 pm

Hi there,

I've listed down a series of questions I would like to ask regarding about applying a spouse visa outside the UK

1. I would like to know which tier is the spouse visa and;
2. what are the documents that must be presented in order for the visa to be successful?
3. If I apply outside the UK, what is the probability that my spouse visa will be approved assuming all documents are met? Because as I've seen on some forums, some Immigration Officers deny applications without a rightful reason just to reduce being approved on a spouse visa.
4. If it does happen, what further actions must I take to get my spouse visa approved?

Thank you ver much!

What is your immigration status in the UK?

1. There are no 'tiers' to a spouse visa. What exactly are you looking at that you think there is a 'tier'.

2. Depends on what your immigration status is and exactly what it is you are applying for?

3. Most get approved if you meet ALL the requirements, again, it depends on what your status is and what is actually being applied for. Don't believe everything you 'hear'.

4. Depends on your answer to my other questions.

In your other thread you appear to be an EEA citizen. Is this the case?

I wondered the same but suspect OP might be an EFM as sister is married to EU citizen. :shock:

My glass ball isn't working today. Is yours? :wink:
