ILR application date inquiry

Hi,
I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I wanted to make sure if I am correct in assuming that I can apply on or after 25th November 2016?
My visa was stamped on 22nd December 2011 and the date of first entry was 8th January 2012.

Which category are you applying for ILR?

Yes you can apply anytime after 25th Nov.

Hi,
Is there a specific maintenance funds requirements for ILR from Tier 2 (General)?
Will this be an issue, if for example I earn £3000 per month and they are depleted to £200-300 every month?
I will be applying with my two dependents, i.e. my wife and daughter, while my two other children will be eligible to register, once and if we get ILR.
