Good Morning,

Kindly advise on the below:

1. My husband's HR generated COS number for unrestricted category instead of restricted category.
I would like to know if the HR can cancel the created COS and apply for a new restricted COS along with RLMT process? Is there any restriction for reapplying?

2. His HR advertised the job vacancy on the job board but mentioned Location as London and Salary as Negotiable.
Please advise as the location is supposed to be Manchester and will there be any problem if the salary not mentioned in job portal but provided when COS generated?

For RLMT process, should the employer show any proof of interviews taken to Home Office?

The employer has to prove to HO that there is no British or EU citizen or person with ILR suitable for the job and why hubby are the only suitable person and that he has not been 'pre-selected'.

Hi kindly help on the below

My husbands company have advertised the job for RLMT process in Reed and Total jobs.
Whereas reed website shows the correct posted date. But totaljobs always changes to Today as posted date.
Will there be any impact when their company submits the application to HO?
