Urgent! FLR(M) First application simple questions

Post by humongous » Tue Sep 20, 2016 11:27 pm

Hi

I am about to submit my FLR(M) Visa in end of this week in UK, but still got some details i was not sure about. Hopefully someone could help.

1.My husband is a british citizen, I am currently holding a T5 Visa, do i also have to submit my payslips? Because i do not have past 6 months payslips, but my bank statement shows clear that i got paid by my current sponsor. I have 6months payslips from my husband. Is that necessary to also show my payslips too?

2. me and my husband using joint account, our bank is barclays. The bank statement shows both our name, do we have to print separate bank statement? The bank statement shows short version of our name that printed on card, do we have ask them to print in out full name?

These are all the things i am concerning about, i hope someone can answer me shortly.
Thanks a lot

Have you read Appendix FM-SE?

I read most all of that, but it did not mentioned that the applicant's payslips is also important. If my husband's salary over 18,600 a year.

If your husband meets the requirement on his income alone then there is no need for YOU to submit your payslips. The guidance is quite clear.

Urgent! FLR(M) Financial requirement for each month

Post by humongous » Wed Sep 21, 2016 8:58 pm

Hi

For spouse visa income threshold; is it monthly income (£1550) matters or annual income (£18600)?

£18600 / 12 = £ 1550 per month

My question is:
What if someone earns some months less than £1550 and some months higher than £1550.
But in the end of financial year he earns around £19500 / £ 20000, should that be OK?
