Secret.simon - any thoughts on the situation where someone was in the UK as an EEA national by birth/descent (not naturalisation) but was still waiting on issuance of their EEA passport, so had to apply for a Tier 5 visa in their other non-EEA passport to show to employers.
I.e. I'm a Hungarian citizen automatically by birth (through parent) but my 'verification of citizenship' application took a long time to process, so I applied for a Tier 5 YMV visa in my NZ passport to show my employer until my Hungarian passport was available. Essentially I was in the UK as an EEA national (just without a passport) and a Tier 5 holder at the same time.
