name on balance sheet

Hi,

I have invested £50k by share capital.

My name only appears in the note section (share capital section) and at the bottom of the balance sheet page saying:

The financial statements were approved by the director on ............................................. and were signed by:

************

Is this correct? My name is not in the balance sheet itself.

Yes, your name will NOT appear on the balance sheet creditors section. You just have to sign off the bottom of balance sheet as correct
