Without residence card eligible for schengen visa

Hi everyone I am third country national. My wife is eu citizen. We married in Ireland.now we r in uk.i have no status in uk (residence card).can I eligible to apply schengen visa in london coz my wife like to move Germany to exercise her treaty rights.
If yes what documents should i submit.
Can anyone plz inform me.

You do have status in UK, you are direct family member of Union citizen.

I used to have residence permit.but is currently expired.i was granted ireland stamp 4 eufam residence card. But they issued me only 6 months stamp 4 eufam residence card due to they think is marriage of convenience. I complain solvit .they still try to contract irish immigration. But didn't get any responses last 4 months from solvit. I also granted schengen visa Switzerland as a family member of eu citizen last February. I also travel denmark with my wife without visa when I have family member card.but my card expired n now my wife like doing job germany but problem is I have no valid residence card.
What can I do now?

RCs are optional in any memberstate.

Simply apply for Schengen visa then.
Or drive across Europe and present at border.

If sponsor is a qualified person then you have status.
Why do you think you need a residence card ? a RC doesn't give you a right to reside.

You just need to prove who you are (passport) and relation to EEA national (marriage certificate).

Then why embassy reply me I need to apply from my home country rather than london coz I have no residence permit

That's clearly a question for the embassy and how it implements Schengen visas.

There is no legal requirement that:

• The EU citizen is already (or will be) living or working in a different EU member state
  The non-EU family member holds a specific immigration visa or status. It is fine for them to have a nationally issued visa or a student visa or a visitor’s visa or even implied status

What does mean implied status??
