Good conduct certificate

Hi I am hoping someone can advise. I am applying in India for a Tier 1 entrepreneur visa. I can apply from thr 7th November but one of my good conduct certificates expires on the 28th November, can I apply still with this certificate?

What is a good conduct certificate and why it is relevant here??

you dont need this good conduct certificate what is it anyways and who told you need it
