Hi.

I'm applying on Tuesday. I downloaded my current appointment report from this website wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk and I'm worried that it is not acceptable.

Can anybody confirm whether online current appointment report is acceptable to HO?

The guidance says:
"You must obtain the report/filing history from Companies House, for a fee, and send it
with your application."

it says for a fee. I'm so worried now!!

Also do I need to sign my CAR?

it is totally acceptable and you dont really need to sign CAR report but u can if u want to.

This guy was refused by supplying a free online version. What should i do? How long does it take to get one by post?

Free online version is acceptable. Everyone here including me submitted the online version and extended successfully. There is no paid version. Companies house will simply charge you for the prints or postage

•Application form
•Passport
•Biometric residence permit
•Healthcare surcharge
•2 photos
•Personal Bank statement (covering 90 days with minimum of £945 balance)
•Certificate of incorporation
•Printout of the companies’ house filing history and main page
•Share certificate (invested £50k in one go by share capital)
•Current appointment report
•CT41G
•Bank letter confirming account, signatory of the account and the account is used for business purposes
•Unaudited accounts (from inception till mid September)
•Accounts completion report
•Business plan (14 pages)
•Transaction showing money going out of my account and going into company’s account

Please let me know if something is missing.

Dear Ali272 seems to be alright but in my personal view its better adding advertising material rather than business plan if you have , though they are not mandatory, if you rent offices why not adding lease agreement. these information are just my view the how my application was sent and was being approved so it depends upon case worker, following sending not required documents to UKVI will not make your case strong as long as you have submit what documents they asked for, though my solicitor advised me its no harm sending irrelevant documents. Bear in mind please send the essential documents which is must,

I'm not on PSW. Lease agreement and advertisement material is required for persons who are switching from PSW. Zimba recommends not to send irrelevant materials. Now I'm not sure again. Can somebody please let me know if my documents are complete? Thanks

People here use anecdotes on how HO or case workers operate outside the rules. However there is no evidence that adding irrelevant documents increases or decreases the chances of your success. Almost all refusals reported here strongly suggest that the major reason for most of them is the failure to submit the required documents/evidence.

Be aware that share certificates are NOT acceptable evidence. Your accounts must have your name showing the shares allocated and value of each share

Thank you Zimba. Yes, my accounts show those things. Just sending the share certificate as extra evidence. Thank you so much for all your help. I'm finally done with my application.
