Few queries regarding extension

Hi guys I have few quick question if anybody replies would be great thank
1 my visa is expiring in end November 2016 how quickly I can apply. Some people says u can't apply before 28 days?
2 my company completed 3 years on 31 Aug 2016 so I have 3 years accounts plus I m applying on October do I need these 2 months management account as well ?
3 I see on this forum people sending documents like contracts, invoices, lease agreements etc, I think these r not required even if somebody send wats the impact of sending extra documents

That is to ensure you have no gaps if applying for ILR by the end of your 5 years. This should not be an issue as now it takes quite a long time for applications to be processed. Generally applying few weeks before the expiry date of your visa is a good idea.

They are NOT required and they have no impact

Thank Zimba on 2nd point I understand just 3 years accounts and after that sep n October bank statement would be enough
N on 3rd point wats ur suggestion shall I send few cm tracts and invoices or no need it thanx

...on the second point, only reason you might want to prepare and submit a Management Account is if part of the funds for investment is shown in those months after August 2016
