my Employer submitted application on 5th August...We missed for 12th August.

We secured Now.

Hi, I am Tier2 Dependent got a job offer in shortage occupation. and employer said they submitted for RCOS on 5 th September so far no response employer said the decision is pending. Does it mean that they missed the deadline of 5th, I thought the 5th is the last day to accept the application for RCOS.
And can I ask you guys If Home office decision is not made on the application for RCOS, will that be carried over to next month or employer need to apply again in next month?.

Any help would be appreciated.

when you said you are dependent were you a Tier 2 Dependant. Also, do you have to go to India to switch visa? I am a Tier 1 Entrepreneur and My wife is already working here. Her company is under going the RLMT. So how long does it take to get COS allocated?

Hi Jose,
Each application received for a restricted certificate of sponsorship (CoS) will be scored in line with the ‘Criteria’. All applications received up to and including the 5th of each month that are not subject to checks, will be considered on the 11th of that month - the ‘allocation date’.
An example of this is if you apply between 6 September and 5 October, your application will be decided on the 11 October.
You should note that the monthly application cycle for April and May 2016 will be:
 applications received between 6 April and 16 April 2016 will be decided on 18 April 2016
 applications received between 17 April and 5 May 2016 will be decided on 11 May 2016

Thank you for your response, My employer applied for restricted cos on 5th September but there were no decision on September it is still pending, I hope it will be considered for October 11th
