Adding Extra Tier To the Sponsor Licence

Hi

I am in change of employer under tier 2 general because my company went into administration (still waiting for the curtailment letter ) and I found another employer. The problem is that they only have Tier 2 ICT licence (A rating) and they are ready to do me the visa. They already put the RLMT and also said that they are going to amend their licence to add an extra tier.

My question is ..what is the timescale for adding an extra tier to the Tier 2 ICT.(in my case Tier 2 General)

Do they need to provide and go through all documentation like a new application.

Need help from people who have successfully amended and added an extra tier as I am curious that any time i will receive the curtailment letter..
