18+ Child of ILR Through Long Residence Route

Post by segunolu88 » Wed Oct 05, 2016 3:04 pm

Respectable Members,

I need your help. I am on Entrepreneur Visa, but will be due for indefinite Leave to Remain through the 10 years long residence route. My child is over 18 and in should start university soon. However, she is just about 6 years in UK, which I believe she is not qualified for the long residence of 10 years. What options I have got to extend her visa. She has never leaved with relatives & her siblings (under 18) and mother are in UK.

No need to multiple posts with the same question. Please continue in your original thread where you are already receiving a response.
